Emulsoil/Emulat is an ultra-new white/transparent emulsifiable oil recommended for conventional processes such as cut, turning and grinding of metals in plants operating at low concentrations (centralized systems, molding of welded pipes) and in severe operations such as drilling, milling, tapping, thread, saw cut, and all the operations in which water lubricants can be employed. The product is designed for all ferrous materials and in the most part of yellow alloys of easy and medium workability. IN- STRUCTIONS FOR USE The percentage of use has to be increased according to the operation severity. Emulsoil/Emulat has to be added gradually to water shaking the solution at the same time.
